Position Overview
As PR Manager at KEIT Day Hospital, you will manage public relations, external communication, and collaborations with media, patients, influencers, public figures, and partners, contributing to the development of a strong and consistent institutional image.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with media, influencers, public figures, patients, and external partners
- Coordinate collaborations, interviews, events, and public appearances for KEIT Day Hospital
- Prepare press releases, official statements, and institutional communications
- Identify new communication and partnership opportunities that support the growth of KEIT Day Hospital
- Represent KEIT Day Hospital professionally during meetings and external communications
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Social Media, Medical, and Management teams
- Support the protection and development of KEIT Day Hospital’s public reputation
- Ensure consistency and continuity in the institution’s messaging and public image
Requirements
- Previous experience in public relations, communications, media, or a similar role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and confident presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple collaborations and projects simultaneously
- Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanian, English, and Italian
- Willingness to attend events, meetings, or activities outside standard working hours when required
Work Schedule
- Full Time
- 42-hour work week
- Rotating shifts may apply based on clinic operations
- Weekend or holiday availability may occasionally be required
