Position Overview
As Social Media Manager at KEIT Day Hospital, you will be responsible for managing and developing our social media channels. You will plan and coordinate content, manage publications, and ensure that all online communication aligns with KEIT Day Hospital’s brand identity and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage KEIT Day Hospital’s social media accounts and content publishing calendar
- Plan, organize, and coordinate content creation across different social media platforms
- Create and adapt captions, titles, descriptions, and communication formats for social media
- Collaborate with Graphic Design, Video, Medical, and Marketing teams to develop content
- Coordinate the production, filming, and publishing process of visual and educational materials
- Manage audience interactions, including comments, messages, and online communication
- Follow social media trends and identify new opportunities for creative content
- Analyze content performance and prepare periodic reports on results
- Ensure consistency in KEIT Day Hospital’s communication tone and visual identity
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanian, English, and Italian
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and editorial planning skills
- Strong visual judgment and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Knowledge of social media analytics, monitoring, and reporting tools
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, lifestyle, or premium brands is considered an advantage
Work Schedule
- Full Time
- 42-hour work week
- Rotating shifts may apply based on clinic operations
- Weekend or holiday availability may occasionally be required
