Position Overview
The Video Editor will be responsible for creating and editing video content for KEIT Day Hospital, transforming raw footage into professional visual stories for social media, YouTube, podcasts, and other communication channels. This role requires strong editing skills, creative vision, and close collaboration with the Marketing, Social Media, and Production teams to deliver engaging and high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce video content for social media, YouTube, podcasts, and communication campaigns
- Transform raw footage into professional and engaging video content
- Create different video versions adapted for various platforms
- Add subtitles, effects, transitions, and graphic elements when needed
- Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, Design, and Production teams
- Prepare video materials from interviews, podcasts, procedures, and educational content
- Organize and manage video assets and project files
- Ensure high visual quality and appropriate pacing for each audience and platform
- Follow video content trends and suggest new creative ideas
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Ability to edit videos for different formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, podcasts, and promotional content)
- Understanding of storytelling, video pacing, and content structure
- Ability to work with large volumes of video footage and manage multiple projects
- Basic knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics is considered an advantage
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in healthcare, beauty, lifestyle, or premium brands is considered an advantage
Work Schedule
- Full Time
- 42-hour work week
- Rotating shifts may apply based on clinic operations
- Weekend or holiday availability may occasionally be required
