Position Overview
The Web Developer will be responsible for the technical development and continuous improvement of KEIT Day Hospital’s websites. This role involves implementing new solutions, enhancing existing structures and functionalities, and ensuring an optimized user experience. The position requires close collaboration with creative and marketing teams to transform business needs into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update KEIT Day Hospital’s websites
- Implement new pages and functionalities based on institutional needs
- Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience
- Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, and Design teams on technical implementations
- Manage website integrations, forms, and interactive elements
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Ensure website maintenance, security, and proper functionality
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development technologies
- Experience in building and maintaining responsive websites
- Knowledge of backend, databases, and API integrations is considered an advantage
- Experience with CMS platforms or web frameworks is considered an advantage
- Understanding of technical SEO and website performance optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Work Schedule
- Full Time
- 42-hour work week
- Rotating shifts may apply based on clinic operations
- Weekend or holiday availability may occasionally be required
